Gok Wan's rules

Gok Wan is a genius at helping women showcase their beautiful bodies. Here, the style guru of How to Look Good Naked reveals his golden rules

Never wear your underwear tighter than it needs to be. I hate visable panty lines and the pigskin-drum effect from too-tight support wear.

If you're wearing anything bigger than a B cup, you need under-wiring.

Invest as much time, effort and money into buying underwear as you do in your visible wardrobe; never let your underwear become an afterthought.

If you take exercise without wearing a sports bra, you will get stretch marks that nothing but surgery can get rid of.

Sometimes lingerie can be inspiration for a whole outfit. I might style an outfit starting with the lace on a bra or some control pants might make me want to create an outfit to showcase the bum because it looks so good.

If you're flat-chested, you need "chicken fillets". Move them around for different effects. Wide and forward for 50s sweater girl style, close together for Girls Aloud cleavage.
