This is The Eve Appeal's aim, with all funds going to support the research of the Gynaecological Cancer Research Unit. The Unit aims to find techniques capable of halving the number of deaths from ovarian and other gynaecological cancers within the next five years.
Make Time For Tea
The Eve Appeal campaign is called Make Time for Tea. This year they are adding A Touch of Red as a theme. Host a fundraising tea party with hints of red - decorate with red balloons, serve jam tarts or even ask your guests to wear a touch of red, if you fancy.
Organise your tea
You will all have lots of ideas about the kind of tea party you want to hold, but if you'd like a little inspiration and you feel a baking moment coming on, we've got luscious recipes for the most tempting cakes and biscuits, not to mention tiny little cocktail sandwiches.
Like your tea party to be super sophisticated? Add a glass of Buck's Fizz or go girly with pink Champagne.
