Go it alone: The list of treatments is so varied and comprehensive, you really don't want the distraction of a companion here. There's everything from shiatsu to manicures, osteopathy and nutritional guidance as well as wraps and scrubs.
The food is all calorie-counted, so you don't have to even try to make an effort and there's a “bubbles bar” serving everything from Prosecco to Perrier. There's also a great boutique and a wide selection of classes and lectures. Make sure you opt for the guided walks – it's a great way to start the day as well as explore the local countryside.
