Cream cheese, chive and cress.
Use a selection of delicious breads, such as rye for the smoked salmon and seeded brown bread for the ham.

Make your party pay
- It's not unreasonable to expect friends to pay £15 for a delicious tea with cakes and sandwiches and, after all, it's for a good cause.
- If you're serving bubbly, factor in that cost and charge more.
- Get a couple of friends to bake or make sandwiches to spread the cost.
- Ask local shops or businesses to offer raffle prizes to bring in extra cash.
- Make extra bakes for people to buy and take home.
