The Duchess' Jewellery Collection And Where To Buy It

jewllery

The Duchess is known for her incredible wardrobe, but over the years her jewellery collection has also caught the attention of admirers. From simple pearl earrings to statement necklaces, the Duchess varies her jewellery but mostly sticks to simple, timeless pieces that compliment most outfits.

As well as high-end designers, over the years the Duchess has also chosen to opt for more affordable jewellery from retailers like Zara and Accessorize, as well as high street jewellers like Links of London.

Her sapphire blue engagement ring is her signature item, but what are the other standout pieces in her jewellery collection - and where can we buy them?

Asprey London

Recently on her trip to Canada the Duchess wore an Asprey London woodland necklace which reflects the Middleton's coat of arms. The charms on the necklace include an acorn, an oak leaf and a mushroom - all of which are available to buy at Asprey. She wore it regularly during her first tour of Canada in 2011 but the piece has proven to be extremely popular with the Duchess - perhaps due to its sentimental nature?!

Kate also loves Asprey's button pendant which has a central amethyst stone and is set in white gold. The first sighting of the Duchess wearing this pendant goes back to 2006! Since then, she's worn it to numerous events from weddings to royal tours.

Zoraida

Kate first wore the Zoraida gold leaf earrings to meet the King of Malaysia during the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in 2012. Since then, Kate has worn them again and again on multiple occasions, such as her tours of Australia and New Zealand in 2014, as well as to a church service on Christmas Day.

Links of London

William and Kate's adorable engagement pictures captured by Mario Testino feature some eye-catching silver earrings. The photo shows the Duchess wearing the Links of London Hope Egg earrings in white topaz.

For her first red carpet appearance as a married lady, the Duchess wore Links Of London earrings with a custom-made Jenny Packham dress. The drop earrings feature beautiful silver bubbles that come together to form clusters for an eye-catching and elegant finish. These glitzy earrings make them perfect for a dressed up evening and ideal for a ultra glamorous look. It's nice to see that the Duchess varies her jewellery collection with both designer pieces and high street jewellers.

Accessorize

In May, the Duchess visited the National Portrait Gallery to see the Vogue 100: A Century of Style exhibition, stepping out in a pink outfit with high street jewellery. Surprisingly the Duchess opted for a pair of earrings from Accessorize which retail at £8! They're also the same pair as the ones she wore on a previous trip to India. Unfortunately the earrings have currently sold out online, but we're hoping they'll make a comeback soon.

Kiki McDonough and Annoushka

The Duchess loves a simple set of drop peal earrings and they suit her refined and elegant style! She frequently interchanges between two pairs, one from Kiki McDonough and the other from Annoushka. While they are slightly more expensive than an average pair of earrings, their minimalist style makes them incredibly versatile for different outfits and events - so in many ways worth the investment!

Tiffany & Co

The Duchess loves Tiffany & Co jewellery and has been seen wearing Elsa Peretti designs, she also frequently wears the Diamonds by the Yard bracelet. The beautiful, simple design makes it the perfect finishing touch for any outfit!
