Over the years the Duchess has sported a selection designer shoes. However, she also has a soft spot for the British high street, with L.K. Bennett's ‘Fern' shoes clearly a firm favourite. They nude heels have seen plenty of wear since they first made an appearance on the 2016 Royal Tour of India.
