 1 Write it off...

1 Stop, smile and take two deep breaths.

3 With your right hand, tap the top of your left hand. Start about an inch below the knuckles of the little and ring fingers. This tapping goes to the Thymus gland, placing you temporarily in a calm state.


4 While tapping, say, six times, statements such as, "I can do this/It's easy to do this/I can say ‘no' to this snack."
