Sue's blog: The BAFTAs

If the weather remains this wintry no doubt you'll be in on Sunday night, just as I will be, watching the BAFTAs. The shortlist for the awards includes some of my and your favourite programmes like Strictly Come Dancing, The Apprentice, Life on Mars and Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares to name but a few.
I think there is a fabulous line-up for actress of the year including Eileen Atkins and Judi Dench for Cranford. Both are brilliant but I have to say one of my all-time favourites is Dame Judi. I loved this series but kept forgetting to record it, so never managed to see the whole run.
So a couple of weeks ago I bought the DVD and ended up watching it non-stop throughout the Easter weekend, while my husband was following Sky Sports in another room! Is this like your house?
