Gleneagles Hotel, Perthshire
Renowned as one of the country’s best hotels, Gleneagles has now launched the first ESPA-branded spa in the UK, with day spa packages available.

Anassa Hotel, Cyprus
Celebrated nutritionist Vicki Edgson is to run two detox retreats at the luxury Anassa Hotel in Cyprus.

The six-day retreats will run from 1 to 7 and 8 to 14 November and will cost £1,950 per person full-board, including body wraps, thalassotherapy, massages, optional acupuncture or reflexology. Price excludes flights (020 7602 7669).

Isle of Mull Hotel
The biggest spa in Scotland’s highlands and islands has opened at the Isle of Mull Hotel. With views to the Sound of Mull, you can watch the sun set from the hot tub.

Bedruthan Steps Hotel, Cornwall
The hotel has gone all out to reduce the carbon footprint of its Ocean Spa, with low-energy lighting, recycled wood and treatments using natural products.
