DVD: Just Go With It
Danny Macabee (Sandler) is a plastic surgeon trying to win over the girl of his dreams, the much younger schoolteacher Palmer. There's one problem; Palmer thinks Danny is married. But, instead of coming clean and admitting he's been using a wedding ring and fake back-story of being unhappily married to pick up women, Danny enlists his loyal assistant Katherine (Aniston), to play the part of his soon to be ex wife.
The plotline of the film is predictable but Sandler and Aniston are great on screen together and there are plenty of laughs throughout. Nicole Kidman even makes a cameo appearance and is particularly amusing as Devlin, Katherine's competitive friend from college.
Simple, fun, and light-hearted entertainment.
