Anti ageing beauty treatment: ageing hands

Fight the signs of ageing on your hands with a hand rejuvenation treatment

A hand rejuvenation treatment using Restylane Vital can help make your hads look younger. Restylane Vital is a hyaluronic acid gel injected into the skin over three sessions. This gives deep hydration, improves elasticity and plumps skin.

What happens?
Two to three sessions of very fine injections across the backs of hands, two to three weeks apart, is the usual scenario.

Does it hurt?
Not overly, as injections are fine and there’s cream to numb the sensation. “Clients usually chat through it,” says expert Marie Duckett.

Downtime?
Very little. The benefits last for several months and can be repeated as often as necessary, usually every four to five months.

Cost?
Around £450 for a course of three treatments. Top-ups at £150. Fiona and Marie Aesthetics - call (020) 7487 3032 or visit fionamarie.co.uk

Before: veins are showing, hands look dry and older than they need to.
After: smooth, plump and with fresh moisturised skin.
