Find out who is this week's winner of the Fairy Platinum recipe competition

Each week for the next 12 weeks, Woman and Home magazine and Fairy Platinum are bringing you some really mouthwatering food competitions where you can win fabulous prizes.

All you have to do is send in your best recipes with a twist on classic British dishes.

This week's winner is Lisa Swift from Clitheroe, Lancashire, for her sweetcorn fried chicken recipe. Lisa wins a case of six Anakena wines.

Last week's winner was Terri Sharman, from Stevenage, for her sultana and syrup pudding. Terri won two Tundra fire extinguishing sprays and a set of Ready, Steady, Cook pots and pans.
