Charlotte Hodgson - Cambridge Supper Club
None of us fancied the stress of preparing a dinner, so we choose to eat out to really enjoy each other’s company. Each month we take turns to pick a restaurant and we enjoy a variety of cuisines. Real friendships have blossomed. Try new things – now we’re fully fledged we’re considering other ways of meeting.
Stephanie Castle - Norfolk Supper Club
We meet at each other’s houses every Thursday for a two-course supper. We also go out once a month, usually to the theatre. I get great recipes from the Woman and Home website. We’ve all become more adventurous with our cooking since we started the Supper Clubs and we love experimenting.

We decided that we wanted our supper clubs to be a relaxed affair, with the emphasis on fun rather than fine dining. Now we take turns to choose a venue, whether it’s our home or a restaurant. I hosted an evening at my house recently and the girls brought along starters, wine and chocolates and we ended up with quite a feast.
Dachaidh:
I started a supper club so we can enjoy many of the wonderful restaurants and farm shops that we have in the area. I want to specialise in local food, either cooked in the home or around the area.
Sue Grainger:
I moved to Milton Keynes two years ago and felt lost without my network of friends. I read about the supper clubs in w&h and I loved the idea. We’re all very different personalities, but we share an interest in socialising and good food and these things give us a common bond.
