VIP Hot Dogs

8 good-quality sausages
2tbsp Dijon mustard
150ml (¼pt) mayonnaise
250g tub ready-made salsa
4tbsp torn fresh basil
2 long, thin baguettes, cut each into 4
100g (4oz) wild rocket
1 Cook the sausages on a medium barbecue for 10 minutes, turning until cooked and lightly charred. Mix the mustard and mayonnaise. Combine the salsa and basil separately and set to one side.
2 Spread the bread with the Dijon mayo, put a handful of rocket on each and top with a sausage. Spoon over the salsa and serve.
Per serving: 400cals, 25g fat, 8g saturated fat, 29g carbohydrate
