Breakfast smoothie recipe


This smoothie is a quick and tasty breakfast in a glass which will help you to lose weight fast with our simple bikini diet plan

Start the day right with a healthy fruit smoothie.

Our tasty recipes and simple diet plan will help you to shed pounds easily. Lose your tum, an inch or so off your waist and up to 7lb in seven days.

So rich, thick and delicious, it’s a drinkable meal. Perfect for those who can’t manage food first thing.

Makes 600ml (1pt)
150g (5oz) strawberries
75g (3oz) raspberries
1 banana
200ml (7fl oz) pomegranate juice
4tbsp soya yogurt

Whizz everything up in a blender. Pour and drink at once.

Per serving: 277cals, 2g fat, 0.3g saturated fat, 62g carbohydrate
