A cleansing, healthy juice to start your day and help you to lose weight quickly with our simple bikini diet plan

A quick, cleansing drink to start the day healthily.

Our tasty recipes and simple diet plan will help you to shed pounds easily. Lose your tum, an inch or so off your waist and up to 7lb in seven days.

The perfect intro to a zesty day, with skin de-puffing ingredients like celery and cucumber, vitamin C-rich tomato and sweet-tasting carrot and apple. Delicious!

Makes 600ml (1pt)

4 Cox’s apples
4 carrots, roughly chopped
4 medium tomatoes
2 sticks celery
½ cucumber
juice 1 lime

Put everything through a juicer, mix well and pour into a chilled glass.
Per serving: 152cals, 0g fat, 0g saturated fat, 37g carbohydrate.
