Brown rice salad
Whole brown rice cooked in stock with mushrooms, onions and petit pois.
Lentil salad
Cooked Puy lentils with finely chopped red onions and halved cherry tomatoes plus a generous handful of chopped coriander or parsley.
Niçoise side salad

Roast tomato salad
Halved tomatoes oven-baked with olives and basil. Good warm or cold.
Baby veg salad Just as it says. Those tiny veg (carrots, courgettes, corn) steamed until just tender, then tossed in dressing with a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
