Chickpea salad recipe


This recipe yields a chunky salad with a tasty dressing that will help you to lose weight fast with our simple bikini diet plan

This tasty, chunky salad will make a refreshing change.

Our tasty recipes and simple diet plan will help you to shed pounds easily. Lose your tum, an inch or so off your waist and up to 7lb in seven days.

A filling salad with a must-have dressing you can use on lots of different salads.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serves 4
1 x 400g can organic chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 baby red cabbage, shredded
2 small avocados, sliced
handful each cashew nuts and pumpkin seeds, toasted
For the dressing:
4tbsp soya yogurt
juice 1 lemon
2tbsp olive oil

Place the chickpeas, red cabbage and avocados in a bowl. Mix together the dressing ingredients with plenty of black pepper; drizzle over the salad. Top with seeds.
Per serving: 272cals, 18g fat, 3g saturated fat, 19g carbohydrate
