Chunky salad recipe


A simple, adaptable salad which can help you to lose weight quickly as part of our easy to follow bikini diet

A versatile, filling salad recipe which will help you to lose weight quickly.

Our tasty recipes and simple diet plan will help you to shed pounds easily. Lose your tum, an inch or so off your waist and up to 7lb in seven days.

A simple, chunky salad that makes the perfect base for the protein of your choice. You can try it with tofu, chicken, turkey or finely sliced steak for a change.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves 4
300g (10oz) cooked prawns
2 carrots, diced
4 medium tomatoes, quartered
½ cucumber, peeled, deseeded and diced
big handful beansprouts
big handful watercress
For the dressing
2tbsp rice vinegar
2tbsp sesame oil

Mix together all the salad ingredients, then the vinegar and oil. Toss through and serve.
Per serving: 151cals, 7g fat, 1g saturated fat, 8g carbohydrate
