Carrot and caraway soup recipe
A delicious soup which can help you to lose weight quickly. Our tasty recipes and simple diet plan will help you to shed pounds easily. Lose your tum, an inch or so off your waist and up to 7lb in seven days.
This luscious soup had us fooled. No cream at all - just veg and some nifty flavourings.

Serves 4
1 litre (1¾pts) vegetable stock
2 onions, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
2tsp caraway seeds
8 large carrots, roughly chopped
2 sticks celery
35g (¼oz) almonds, toasted and roughly chopped
pumpkin seed oil or extra virgin olive oil
Add a little stock to a large saucepan and cook the onions and garlic until softened. Add the caraway, carrots and celery, then a little more stock if needed and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Add the remaining stock, bring to the boil and simmer until tender. Whizz in a blender and serve topped with the toasted almonds and a drizzling of oil.
