Breakfast smoothie recipe
This smoothie recipe tastes just as good as a milkshake!
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Serves 1
1 ripe banana
250ml (9fl oz) Sanguinello blood orange juice or any pure fruit juice
2 scoops low-fat frozen strawberry yogurt
Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
Per serving: 295 cals, 2g fat, 1g saturated fat, 64g carbohydrate
