The creation of chef Peter Lien, Dining Class is totally bespoke to your requirements. The course begins with a personal consultation so you can choose your menu.
On the day, your Chef Tutor will arrive at your home (or wherever you choose) in the afternoon with all the ingredients you'll need. The chef will guide you as you prepare your recipes, sharing hints and techniques that will give your cooking a professional touch.
Lastly, the chef will serve you and your friends your finished dishes in the evening. Best of all, the chef will do all of the clearing and washing up!
An incredibly social and enjoyable experience, this bespoke cookery experience really is entertaining with no hassle whatsoever.
Class sizes vary, with up to four people in the kitchen serving up to eight for dinner.
Prices: from £240 for a lesson for two with dinner for four, including all tutoring and ingredients.
