Richard Turner concentrates on sourcing the finest local ingredients, preparing and presenting them simply, and making the most of their flavours and textures.
These cookery classes are the ideal activity for family, friends or colleagues. Each class is tailored to individual requirements, and can be as intensive or relaxing as you wish.
