Peter Gorton guides you through the preparation and enjoyment of a three course meal – sharing his experience along the way. He gives you lots of expert hints and tips of basic techniques that will help you broaden your repertoire of dishes in the future.
Price: The one-day courses are £125 each which includes the class, all refreshments and lunch.
