Tart recipe

Treat Dad to a special meal this weekend. We make it easy with our simple three course menu

Spoil your dad this weekend with a lovingly cooked meal in his honour. If the sun’s out (and if Dad will let you…) get the barbie out for a truly summery occasion, but if the weather’s not so good, these dishes will all work well on the griddle or grill too.

Rosemary and Parma ham scallops recipe

Fillet steak with blue cheese butter recipe

Buy the best British outdoor-reared beef that you can. Your tastebuds will thank you for it! Cheaper cuts of steak, such as rump or skirt will work equally well here if you want to reduce costs. We serve the steak with tasty bubble and squeak cakes.
