Eat for pleasure and good health, not for weight loss
Start the day with oats and you won't be hungry for hours
Use a plastic squeezy bottle for your olive oil and you will use less
Use yogurt instead of cream to add richness
Induldge your inner foodie - get more flavour from your food by shopping seasonally and buying the best
If you can't help eating everything you're given, then give yourself less
Make it easy to cook well, with new cookbooks, saucepans, good knives
Steam instead of grill, grill instead of roast, roast instead of fry, shallow fry instead of deep fry
Eat at the table, never from a bag or out of a box
Eat well and healthily 80 per cent of the time, and give yourself the rest of the time off
Drink better, drink less, and only drink with the evening meal.
